There is no doubt that 2020 will be a year that is remembered for a number of different reasons. As we get closer to the festive season I would like to thank you, as a client of Access Community Health for all your feedback and for helping us to keep our communities safe during recent events. I would like to ask for your assistance prior to the holiday season by letting us know if you are not going to be at home at any time during the holidays when our team are due to visit you. This means we can let our Support Workers know that you will not require care & support during this time.
On behalf of the entire team at Access Community Health, I would like to wish you and your whanau/family a happy and safe holiday season and I hope that 2021 is kind to all of us.
