Following an extensive tender, process Access has been selected as the home and community support services (HCSS) provider for both the Hutt Valley and Capital & Coast DHBs.
When the contract comes into effect from 1 September, our client numbers will increase by around 100% in the Wellington region.
This contract offers Access and our staff new and exciting opportunities as we cater for the large increase in clients. We will be working hard with the DHBs and also the current providers over the next few months to ensure a smooth transition for their clients and staff.
Being chosen for this contract by the DHBs demonstrates a continued confidence in the care and support we provide, and we look forward to welcoming the new clients and the support workers who will be joining us.
