Regional Manager – Southern Region, Access Community Health

  •     Regional management role in home and community care
  •     Overseeing services in the Southern District covering Otago and Southland

We're looking for a Regional Manager with a strong business focus and a demonstrated ability to optimise commercial opportunities in a competitive environment. A confident leader with experience heading a business or department which manages a high number of employees and clients preferably in the health sector, will thrive in this operationally focused position, where continuous improvement and exceptional customer service is at the top of the agenda.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Regional Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of a high quality, safe and efficient service to Access clients on a day-to-day basis. The Regional Manager will be at the forefront improving the existing standards of service in conjunction with the growth and future direction of Access in the region.
