  • 1x Full time Permanent and 1x full time fixed term for 6 months positions available in high-performing administration team

Access is owned by Green Cross Health - a leading New Zealand primary health care provider.  Access is one of New Zealand’s leading home healthcare organisations, specialising in home-based personal and domestic support. We work with the Ministry of Health, District Health Boards and ACC among others, to support more than 20,000 people around the country. We are dedicated to giving our clients the care and support they need to live independently in their home and communities.

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Administrator to provide financial, administrative and clerical services. The Accounts Receivable Administrator will respond effectively to invoicing queries and will work effeciently in a high-volume processing environment and be profient in Debt Recovery.  The correct candidate will have a great eye for detail and plenty of team spirit.

We are looking for a person who will share our dedication to working in support of the elderly, people with disability and people recuperating from injury and illness.

The successful candidate will have:

  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent relationship building and customer service skills
  • Highly organised and methodical work habits
  • Experience with Accounts Receivable
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A commitment to achieving excellent outcomes in a busy team environment
  • Strong intermediate level data entry skills
  • Experience in Dynamics preferable but not essential
