Access Homehealth has been supporting people across the country since 1927 when the bush nurses provided home care services.   In those days much of New Zealand was rural and our founders’ vision was to bring quality home-based care to all parts of the country.  Today, we still uphold that principle, with highly-skilled staff supporting over 17,000 people in their homes nationwide with nursing and home care services.  Sitting at the forefront of the home care section, we work with the Ministry of Health, District Health Boards and ACC nationwide.

Our supports workers are very special people.  They ensure people maximise their independence and remain in their homes and close to their family and friends, maintaining and rebuilding their confidence and engagement in everyday activities.  As a support worker you’ll provide invaluable support alongside clients - to look after their home and provide crucial personal cares that help keep them healthy, active and well.

We need committed people ready to work 20 plus hours and on any day of the week.  We have roles available all across Auckland from Warkworth to Pukekohe.
Think you may be our home help hero? You will:

  • Provide personal cares – that’s helping with showering, dressing and getting in and out of bed.
  • Keep their home environment healthy - including cleaning, meal preparation and shopping
  • Help rehabilitate people so they can remain as independent as possible
  • Love multi-cultural New Zealand! Providing a friendly service to people from all walks of life.

So what next?  As long as:

  • You have reliable transport and ca current clean drivers licence
  • You have true integrity and are someone others can rely on
  • You are eligible to work in New Zealand
