Payroll Co-ordinator

  • Assist Payroll management in a high-volume environment

Access Community Health is one of New Zealand's leading home healthcare organisations, specialising in home-based support. We work with the Ministry of Health, District Health Boards and ACC among others, to support more than 40,000 people around the country. We are committed to providing our clients with the care and support they need to live independently in their home and communities.

The Payroll Coordinator will assist the Payroll Team in managing leave enquiries and processing requests for cash-ups, following legislative and company requirements in the processing of the payroll requirements of a workforce of nearly 6,000 staff across 139 payrolls.

Training will be provided to the successful candidate.

This is a great role for a new graduate or someone who is interested in payroll, and happy to learn. The Skills you will need to have include:

  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • Confident managing queries
  • Digitally confident - able to use a computer and software
  • A commitment to achieving excellent outcomes in a busy team environment
