National Communication Officer



National Communication Officer

Permanent Full-Time and Part-Time positions, based in the Hutt Valley as a National Communication Officer.  

  • The purpose of this role is to appropriately manage enquiries for Access Community Health with a goal of providing one call resolution and not limit to clients and support workers to enhance efficiency and provide positive customer experience.
  • This role will provide call support to the Regional Offices as appropriate.

Requirements are:

  • To be the primary point of contact for Access Community Health enquiries
  • Maintain documentation of all enquiries and responses for future reference
  • To apply Access Customer Service Excellence Standards in all interactions
  • To respond to all queries within agreed service time frames
  • To accurately capture and escalate all reported client and staff incidents including contributions to the Quality and Risk and Health and Safety Systems.
  • To deliver services by following our Whakatauaki, “Care for our community, work together, look after each other and Do the right thing”.
