New Contract Secured

We are pleased to advise that Access has recently been selected to extend delivery of our services in the Wellington region by the Capital & Coast District Health Board.ÂUnder the new contract we will continue to provide assistance for people who need short-term support after hospitalisation for an illness or surgery, as well as for those who need these services longer-term. The service has been designed to cater for people with a range of needs, from the simple to the very complex. We're extremely proud to have been retained as a service provider to C&CDHB as this demonstrates continued confidence in the support we provide to the community.   Â
We have worked closely with the C&CDHB to develop the shape of our service that ensures our commitment to delivering a customised service that meets the individual needs and goals of all the people we
serve.
