When it comes to reaching your goals, we're right by your side.

Whether you need short-term or long-term rehabilitation, complex or non-complex care, we work alongside you to help you to restore function so you can live as independently as possible.

Rehabilitation services include:

  • Allied health services – physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and social therapy.
  • Nursing – continence management, stomal therapy, IV therapy, wound care, catheter care, medication management and oversight.
  • Personal care – dressing/undressing, bathing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
  • Household assistance – cleaning, cooking, laundry, sleepovers, shopping and transportation, child care and helping you to keep in touch with your community.

Developing your Support Plan:

  • We start by getting to know you and assessing your situation, needs and expectations.
  • We draw on the skills and experience of our staff to create a Support Plan that works towards your goals, helps you restore as much function as possible, and maximises your independence and safety.
  • We assign you a support worker – chosen for their ability to meet your needs – to care for you and support you to achieve your goals. We also provide you with clinical staff as required.
