Hospital & home support staffing includes:
- Supervision – our workers can watch individual patients who may pose a risk to themselves or other patients, including psychiatric patients who may be confused, disoriented or at risk, and includes adult and child watches.
- General ward assistance – assistance with showering and toileting, bed making, helping with meals, escorting patients, plus other domestic tasks.

Staff training
If necessary, training can be designed and provided to meet your specific requirements. All Access staff are trained by our own NZQA approved private training establishment, Amida Training (Amida), which trains support workers from other health providers, and has developed training programmes in conjunction with the Ministry of Health. Additionally, our qualified clinical team can help to guide and mentor new support workers, as well as provide ongoing supervision.
