Helping you to maintain your independence.

We work with you to identify what type and level of support you need, and tailor our services based on your situation. These can include personal care, household assistance, nursing support, respite and palliative care, giving you the comfort of knowing that we're with you all the way.

Aged & disability support includes:

  • Nursing – continence management, stomal therapy, IV therapy, wound care, catheter care, medication oversight, eye drops, symptom monitoring and management (for long-term conditions) and palliative care.
  • Allied health services – physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and social therapy.
  • Personal care – dressing/undressing, bathing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
  • Household assistance – cleaning, cooking, laundry, sleepovers, shopping and transportation, child care and helping you to keep in touch with your community.
  • In-home respite care

Developing your Support Plan:

  • We start by getting to know you and assessing your situation, needs and expectations.
  • We draw on the skills and experience of our staff to create a Support Plan that works towards your goals, and maximises your independence and safety.
  • We assign you a support worker – chosen for their ability to meet your needs – to care for you and support you to achieve your goals.

How we support you

Care for the aged

  • From a hand around the house to helping you dress, we provide the support you need to get on with your life.
  • Where required, our nurses and other qualified health workers, such as physiotherapists, will work together to keep you independent and safe.
  • We develop and implement a Support Plan that addresses your needs and helps you to achieve your goals – whatever they may be.

Support for those with a disability

  • We offer the level of care you need, regardless of how complex your situation is.
  • From accompanying you to the shops to helping you get to work on time, we provide the support you need to get on with your life.
  • Whether your goals include being more independent or getting out of bed, we understand your goals and work with you to help you achieve them.

Relief for you and your carer

  • We can also give you and your primary carer a much-needed break by providing temporary in-home care and support.
