Working with Industry
Access doesn't work alone. Providing our clients with the best possible support involves working closely with other healthcare and support agencies and stakeholders.
We value these relationships; building and strengthening them through regular communications both in and out of the office.
Just as we go the extra mile for our clients, we do everything we can to meet the needs of those we work with.
Some of the ways we do this include:
- providing a consistently efficient and effective service (view our Service Model)
- helping you deal with your workload
- being open and giving clear timeframes for responses
- responding specifically to requirements set out in tender documents and other requests for information
- understanding and being in-tune with Government and District Health Board strategies
- providing proactive and relevant industry feedback
- being a reliable provider and partner.
