Here's an exciting opportunity to help us to make a difference to the lives of everyday New Zealanders.

Individuals  are required to provide personal care assistance in the Christchurch City and Northern Christchurch areas.

Access is one of New Zealand's leading healthcare organisations, specialising in home-based healthcare and support. We work with the Ministry of Health, District Health Boards and ACC among others, to care for more than 14,000 people around the country.

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about people, about offering them the best possible care, and about giving them the support they need to live independently in their community.

As a member of the Access team, you'll benefit from our dedication to staff training, the support of our nationwide network, as well as the satisfaction that comes with making a difference to people's lives.

We offer:

  • training and pathways to new career opportunities
  • a friendly, supportive environment
  • flexible working hours
  • a competitive hourly rate with travel allowance.

Requirements:

  • available to work days or weekends and evenings
  • reliable transport and current drivers licence
  • prepared to commit to training
  • eligible to work in New Zealand.

We are also looking for people with:

  • an interest in the health sector
  • a specific interest in working in support of elderly people and people with disabilities
  • a desire to play a role in helping people to live independently in their home and community.

If you are honest, caring, have a passion for people, and are interested in providing home support services, we would like to hear from you.
